Shipping & Returns

Your order will be sent out in a plain padded envelope or box. Inside there will be your order, and an invoice. Usually, we may even throw in a free gift! All orders are shipped by register mail means your signature is required. You will be responsible for picking your order form your local post office, Emantra will not be responsible for orders that where unclaimed. Standart International Mail - Your order will arrive within 14 business days(approx) at your home or your local Post Office. Processing Your Order Please allow 3 working days to process your order before shipping it. Please note that we must have your full name, your correct and complete address, email address. If something is unclear with your order we will send you an email asking you to confirm. This is for our customers safety and we ask for your understanding. Returning of order All returns must be mailed within 14 days of order arrival date. If you wish to return your order please send us email specifies the reason for the return and we will email you the return instructions. We will offer a refund minus shipping costs.
